Effort put into researching the subject and taking the image

Quality of description provided in any language

Value in terms of usage on any Wikimedia project

Value based on uniqueness

Technical quality (sharpness, use of light, perspective, composition, etc.)

Grounds for rejection

suspected of copyright violation

lack of full EXIF information

excessive processing & use of unrealistic filters

lack of proper title to identify the monument

vague or unfaithful documentation

presence of watermarks

resolution below 6 megapixel.
