རྩོམ་སྒྲིགTibetan version of Kyoto protocol (ཁ་ཡོ་ཐོ་ཆོད་ཡིག) suggests ལིའུ་ཐུ་ཨ་ནི་ཡ། for the word "Lithuania" instead of ལི་ཐུ་ཨེ་ནི་ཡ།[༡]. Do you think that both versions are correct? --Viskonsas ༡༦:༤༥, ༡༤ ཟླ་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ། ༢༠༠༩ (UTC)
We can find the both ལི་ཐུ་ཨེ་ནི་ཡ། (which one respect more the original prononciation) or ལེ་སུ་ནི་ཡྰ། in books and Internet so... only time will tell us which one will be kept. For now the both are correct since people use the both (as Tibet/Thibet in 19e century or Laozi/Lao Tseu today...)
