I noticed that you have blocked someone's ip རྩོམ་སྒྲིག
I noticed that you have blocked someone's IP's for infinite to where he/she will not be able to sign-up, that maybe a little to harsh. Yes, I know Spamming and/or vandalism is wrong and annoying but you also need to take in consideration that IP's page all the time.
